Refinery Priorities

The RDMP program adds Residual Fluid Catalytic Cracking capability to process residues into higher value products including gasoline, LPG, and propylene.
The project raises output quality from Euro II toward Euro V standards, supporting cleaner fuels and stronger domestic supply security.

Operations
The Balikpapan RDMP includes one of the largest Residual Fluid Catalytic Cracking units supporting gasoline, LPG, and propylene production. The upgrade raises crude processing from 260 kbpd to 360 kbpd and improves fuel quality toward Euro V specifications.
