Prequalification checklist.

  • Company profile and beneficial ownership declaration
  • Crude assay, grade specification, sulfur/API details, and historical certificate of quality
  • Proposed monthly volume, delivery schedule, loading port, and logistics method
  • Sanctions, anti-bribery, HSE, tax, and trade-compliance declaration
  • Proof of supply entitlement or marketing authority for the crude grade
  • Banking, insurance, and contract-performance references

Publication control matters.

Crude supplier applications should be reviewed privately. Public contract-award information should be posted only after formal approval, and should exclude confidential pricing, banking, delivery, or commercially sensitive terms.
