- Proof of supply entitlement or marketing authority for the crude grade
- Banking, insurance, and contract-performance references

Crude supplier applications should be reviewed privately. Public contract-award information should be posted only after formal approval, and should exclude confidential pricing, banking, delivery, or commercially sensitive terms.
